Context

FAB redesigned its business banking platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, across the mobile app and desktop, with simple financial management tools and its own brand.

The challenge

Design one cross-platform experience for busy business owners, and align business and technology teams behind it.

What I did

I was the UX lead for the platform redesign. I worked with the visual design and brand team, who delivered the final UI:

• In-depth research into SME financial management needs
• Personas and user journeys
• Information architecture
• Workshops for business and tech alignment
• Wireframes, front-end hand-over and back-end integration requirements
