Context

ADCB's design team needed to scale its productivity and replace ad-hoc approaches with one consistent way of working.

What I did

I partnered directly with the ADCB design team:

• Improved their design thinking process
• Refined the end-to-end Design CoE frameworks and built the Toolkit as a single source of truth.
• Built a Miro board as the team's single source of truth, with blueprints, discovery workshops, ICE scoring and UX templates
• Set standards for design-to-product consistency
