proofs of concept
DCT Abu Dhabi’s Museum Shared Services (MSS) is tasked with delivering a unique, consistent and immersive visitor experience across all museums in the Saadiyat Cultural District. We designed two proofs of concept that complement each other:
Together, they align visitor engagement with operational excellence.

The objectives were to:
I led experience design from facilitation and research to concepts:
One unified system that aligns visitor engagement with operational excellence, driving cultural impact and organisational efficiency for the Saadiyat Cultural District museums.
Project approach
Seven steps, from understanding how MSS and the museums work today to the technical content for the platform's design and build.
Assess MSS's and the museums' current state across people, process and tools, and validate the key pain points
Define the visitor immersive experience strategy framework across the museums
Identify, envision and prioritise immersive experience and workflow tool concepts
Build an activation plan with a clear, tangible execution roadmap for the workflow tool
Validate the feasibility of the workflow tool for MSS and the immersive platform for the museums
Develop both proofs of concept and test them with MSS and museum stakeholders
Write the technical content for the platform's design and build RFP
