I'm leading experience design in Genieology . Previously worked as part of IBM iX , led UX design, and worked as a business designer. I love working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. I'm working to help clients to grow with a human-centered approach and helping to reinvent their businesses by designing digitally. I'm passionate about using design methodologies to develop innovative outcomes and make a difference in people's lives by creating the best possible experience.

Creating Design Culture
Our values are built on a foundation of problem-solving through collaboration, experimentation, empathy, and user research. As our team is floating from project to project and growing at a fast pace, I initiated “Design Guild” and "Design Meetups". We are having biweekly design critique sessions to make sure that we are to building a strong design culture.
Critiques can, and should be, cross-disciplinary and can happen at any stage in a design process. I aim to create a positive critique culture that supports team building by enabling cooperation and collaboration. People who work on different parts of a big project can influence the work of others.
RECENT WORK
I'm working closely with clients and front-end teams in G-O to define and communicate the product vision, ensure that design specifications are implemented, and strengthen the client's capabilities through coaching and sharing of design best practices.
I like to discover the fundamentals of individuals' and organizations' behaviors, needs, and aspirations with a co-creative approach.
I'm also leading interactive workshops, using the Design Thinking Framework to understand user/customer needs and to create lean design solutions and a better experience. I'm creating personas, as-is-to-be scenarios, and journey maps through a jobs-to-be-done lens.
EXPERIENCE
I am an ex-IBMer. I worked as a business designer and led the user experience design team in Turkey. I took part in business development strategies and led opportunities.
Previously, I explored the future of smart education (Adaptive Learning Project) and the next generation of intelligent systems as a designer. I did user research and product design at Intel R&D Center in Istanbul, the lab was working on new technologies and innovative user-centered experiences across different platforms. I collaborated with agile, multidisciplinary teams (software developers, front-end developers, ai developers, researchers ) to create innovative user-centered experiences across different platforms. I participated in IoT projects regarding education, healthcare, and home automation systems.
